Moving to the land of Oz

Brad and I decided to make a temporary move to Kansas.  I say temporary because we will be back one day... Brad has been out here since March and I joined him mid June.  The people here are very nice and there is a lot of good shopping.  However, there are two things that are ruining my life..... Bugs and Humidity :)  Welcome to the mid-west everyone says.  If I hear that one more time I will scream.  I go to take J.C. on a walk and suddenly I am being attacked by bugs and all I can hear are Cicada's/Locusts they are kind of like a grasshopper but they make this terrible noise and they are all over!!! They live in wet areas of the country.  Yea LaShae & Noah I know you are laughing because they are ruining your life too!!!  The humidity is different, you go outside and feel like you are in a dry sauna I already sweat a lot so it has not been the easiest summer for me.  It is really nice here and we like our jobs so it will be a great adventure for us.
